Pearson VUE is CFRE International’s global testing partner that administers the CFRE exam at its worldwide network of testing centers. If you were scheduled to take your CFRE exam in China or Singapore between now and March 15, 2020, please contact us at succeed@cfre.org.

Please note that test takers in China and Singapore may reschedule any CFRE exam initially slated for January 15 – March 15, 2020, to a later test window. There will be no fee associated with changing your testing window in this circumstance.

China
As a precautionary measure against the continued spread of the outbreak, Pearson VUE is temporarily closing its China-based testing centers and suspending exam delivery through their third-party, China-based test center network effective January 27, 2020, through March 2020.

Pearson VUE are proactively cancelling scheduled exams in China through mid-March. They have taken this action to ensure the health and safety of our testing candidates and Pearson VUE employees.

Singapore

Based on guidance from the Singapore Government, Pearson VUE or its building owners are instituting temperature checks and collecting travel information of candidates entering its owned test centers in Singapore. In addition, it’s likely that Pearson VUE’s third-party Singapore test center network may institute similar requirements.

• If you are unwell or, have travelled to China in the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
• If you are exhibiting symptoms upon entering our test center, you will be asked to wear a mask or take your test in a separate room.
• If you have a fever above of 37.5 degrees Celsius, you will not be allowed entry into the test center and will be asked to reschedule your exam.
