If you became a CFRE in 2020 or recently recertified, please read the notice below.
Ordinarily, CFRE International mails certificates promptly. However, the CFRE International office is located in Virginia, a U.S. state that has a mandatory stay-at-home policy in effect until June 10, 2020. This could possibly be extended, but it is the best information we currently have.
As such, our staff are not permitted to enter our office to print and mail certificates. We feel terrible about this because we know how diligently new CFREs have worked to become a CFRE and we value our recertifying CFREs tremendously.
We will send the hard copy of your certificate as soon as staff are allowed to return to work at the CFRE International office.
Claim your digital badge
While you are waiting for your certificate, you can display your accomplishment of attaining your CFRE with your CFRE digital badge.
For new CFREs:
Shortly after you became a CFRE, you were sent an email from Acclaim.com with instructions for accessing your digital badge.
For recertifying CFREs:
You received an email from Acclaim.com in 2019 with instructions on accessing your badge.
Use this badge on LinkedIn and other digital spaces to show that you are a CFRE. If you need support in accessing your digital badge, we will be happy to provide assistance.
Verifying that you are a CFRE
All current CFREs are listed in the Find a CFRE tool on CFRE International’s website. If for some reason you cannot find your name listed, please let us know.
If your employer, a recruiter, or anyone else needs verification directly from a CFRE International staff member, they may call us at +1 571 699 0604 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET. If they are unable to reach us during that time, they may leave us a voicemail and we will return their call as soon as possible.
