Alexandria, VA – 15 March 2017 – CFRE International is pleased to welcome the National Association of Cancer Center Development Officers (NACCDO) as a new Participating Organisation partner.
The National Association of Cancer Center Development Officers (NACCDO) had its genesis with a 1987 meeting held at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. The association is a cooperative venture of academically-based comprehensive, clinical, basic, and consortium cancer centers that are designated by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), or who have investigators that receive NCI grant funds or are members of the Association of American Cancer Institutes (AACI).
NACCDO was created to share information and resources among the development programs of member cancer centers and to address collectively critical development issues of common concern. The highlight of the year is the NACCDO annual conference.
As a CFRE International Participating Organisation, development staff at NACCDO member institutions will now qualify for a 20% fee reduction for CFRE initial certification or re-certification.
