These are uncertain times, which means it is more vital than ever to ensure you have the sharpest possible fundraising skill set. That’s why CFRE International wants to give you added peace of mind as you work towards your CFRE.
Effective immediately, all CFRE initial certification applications submitted through June 30, 2020, will receive an 18-month testing eligibility window. Normally, applicants have a 12-month window in which to take the CFRE exam and must pay a US$150 eligibility extension fee if they want to extend their testing eligibility window to 18 months.
“We want to support candidates in achieving their goal of CFRE certification,” says Eva E. Aldrich, President and CEO of CFRE International. “Extending the testing eligibility window to 18 months for initial certification applications submitted by the end of June is one way we hope to make it easier for candidates to stay on the path to earning their CFRE.”
Did you submit your initial certification application earlier in 2020? No worries!
CFRE International is providing an automatic 18-month testing eligibility window to all candidates who have submitted initial certification applications since January 1, 2020.
As always, if you have questions about any part of the CFRE process, our Certification Team is available at succeed@cfre.org to assist.
