Policy on Revocation of the CFRE Credential
The certification of an individual may be revoked for:
- Breach of CFRE International’s Accountability Standards as determined by the CFRE International Board of Directors and/or an appointed Review Panel.
- Misrepresentation or misstatement of facts submitted upon application for certification or recertification.
- Failure to complete or fulfil requirements for certification or recertification.
- Determination that certification or recertification was improperly granted.
Upon receipt of information by CFRE International from any source that may lead to revocation of certification, the above Grievance process shall be followed.
