CFRE International is pleased to announce two new resources added to the CFRE International website to assist advocates for CFRE credentialing in promoting the valuable role that professional certification plays in both the career pathway of a fundraising professional and growing the global philanthropic sector.

The newly revised Becoming a CFRE presentation slide set assists presenters in explaining professional certification as a CFRE in a presentation or webinar setting.  The presentation covers subject areas from defining professional certification and the role it plays within a profession, to the application process, requirements, the CFRE exam and why fundraisers should consider pursuing the CFRE.

The CFRE Application Summary flyer is a one page, color PDF which may be printed and used as a handout at events or, it may be used as a linked document on your website to provide additional information about the CFRE certification process. The document provides a complete overview of initial CFRE certification, including the value the credential provides, the steps to CFRE certification and the application requirements for initial certification.
