The numbers are in and it has been a remarkable year of growth for CFRE International and the CFRE credential! Overall, the number of professional fundraisers worldwide who hold the CFRE credential increased to 5451 as of 31 December 2014, a 3% increase over the 2013 year end number. Increases in the number of fundraisers seeking initial CFRE certification in 2014 were even sharper! The number of CFRE Exams administered in 2014 rose to 731, an increase of 21% over the prior five year average!
The CFRE credential is growing and with it, the positive impact of CFRE International and CFRE certification for fundraisers within the global philanthropic sector.
