Appointed to the Board of Directors, in accordance with the organisational bylaws, at its September 2014 meeting, Ferris, the founding partner of GoalBusters Consulting of Flagstaff, AZ, joined the Board effective 1 January. Having previously served CFRE International on the last two Job Analysis Task Forces (2009 & 2014), Ferris’s appointment to the Board fills the vacated seat of James Caldarola, CFRE, whose resignation, following many years of service including a term as Chair, became effective at the end of 2014. Ferris’s term replacing Caldarola will run through December 2015.
Regarding her appointment and commitment to CFRE certification, Ferris shared that “the CFRE credential is an important way for fundraising professionals to demonstrate their ongoing commitment to the sector. I look forward to working with this distinguished group of volunteer leaders.”
