Charlotte Sangster, EMFIA, CFRE, who earned her CFRE in 2016, received FIA’s Young Fundraiser of the Year Award. Charlotte serves as National Development Manager for Frontier Services in Sydney, Australia where she develops and oversees all organisational fundraising and development programs. Charlotte also serves as a Fundraising Institute Australia mentor, sharing her professional knowledge and life experiences with FIA members new to fundraising.

The Young Fundraiser of the Year Award recognises a fundraiser aged 30 years or younger who has made a significant contribution to fundraising. A fundraiser honoured as the Young Fundraiser of the Year has shown consistent excellence and best practice through their actions, leadership and intellect.

Please join CFRE International in congratulating these two outstanding fundraising professionals on receiving these prestigious awards. Their distinguished leadership in philanthropic fundraising is something to which all fundraisers can aspire. With their credentials, Jo and Charlotte exemplify that CFRE certification represents both a milestone achievement and a career-long commitment to the profession that they lead and the donors and missions that they serve!
