North America (Canada and USA) - 2012
17 February - 17 March 2012 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 6 January 2012. Re-Examination requests must be received by 30 January 2012.
8 June - 30 June 2012 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 6 April 2012. Re-Examination requests must be received by 21 May 2012.
24 August - 15 September 2012 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 22 June 2012. Re-Examination requests must be received by 3 August 2012.
26 October - 1 December 2012 - applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 24 August 2012. Re-Examination requests must be received by 5 October 2012.

18 April 2012 – London – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 16 March 2012. Re-examination requests must be received by 30 March 2012.
17 October 2012 – London – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 14 September 2012. Re-examination requests must be received by 28 September 2012.
New Zealand - 2012
10 May 2012 – FINZ Annual Conference - Auckland – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 13 April 2012. Re-examination requests must be received by 20 April 2012.
17 October 2012 – Wellington – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 14 September 2012. Re-examination requests must be received by 21 September 2012.

23 March 2012 – Capital Cities -Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 24 February 2012. Re-examination requests must be received by 2 March 2012.
20 July 2012 –Capital Cities -Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth– applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 22 June 2012. Re-examination requests must be received by 1 June 2012.
12 October 2012 – Capital Cities -Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth – applications have a POSTMARK deadline of 14 September 2012. Re-examination requests must be received by 28 September 2012.
