After the Exam

For candidates taking the computer-based exam in North America:
You will receive preliminary test results at the testing centre.

Approximately two (2) weeks after you take your exam, you will be sent your full score report. The score report will be mailed to you directly by CFRE International’s professional testing agency to the address in your ATT letter. It will be sent in an envelope marked “confidential.” The envelope will not have CFRE International’s return address on it.

CFRE International does not receive scores any sooner than candidates. CFRE International policy prohibits the release of candidate results over the phone. If more than three (3) weeks have passed since you took your exam and you have not received your results, please contact CFRE International so that a duplicate score report can be sent to you.

Upon receiving a copy of your scores, CFRE International will mail you your final certification determination. If you have been successful on the exam, you will receive your official certification letter and a certificate, suitable for framing. If you were not successful, you will receive further instruction as to your options for proceeding.

Approximately two (2) weeks after mailing letters to candidates, letters are mailed to the supervisor’s of successful candidates who requested their supervisor be notified.

For candidate’s taking the paper-and-pencil exam in Australia, New Zealand or the UK:
Approximately four (4) weeks after you take your exam, you will be sent your full score report. The score report will be mailed to you directly by CFRE International’s professional testing agency to the address indicated on the sign-in sheet you reviewed when you took your exam. It will be sent in an envelope marked “confidential.” The envelope will not have CFRE International’s return address on it.
